Site Plan

The Site Plan is currently being developed by Architect Charlie Wenzlau in conjunction with our civil engineer Pat Fuhrer of Maps. Lmtd.   The Design and Review Board of Bainbridge Island has met with us and given us a pass on our intitial design review.  We will review code requirements including pertaining to stormwater, parking and traffic, environmental impact, and conditional use permitting and submit our land Use Application in December of 2024

We are proposing to meet the code requirements related to stormwater with the construction of a detention pond to handle the hardscape and new construction buildings and water detention.  You can see the pond located (proposed) on the west end of the 18th fairway and green complex.  Plan renderings are shown below.

Wing Point has also conducted a parking a traffic study and studied the impact of a new north end entrance (Cherry Ave.)

The location of the golf building and relationship between the 17th tee, cart path access to the 1st tee has been resolved as well.  The 17th tee will be rebuilt in its current location with no impact to the length of the Par 5 as well as having addressed safety concerns with errant tee shots with the regrading of the west facing slope off of the golf building to include a natural grass ampitheatre approach to the retention.

More updates to the Site Plan will become available as meetings with the Design Review Board and the City of Bainbridge Island are completed.
